Access to the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one 1918kiss Account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. 1918kiss reserves the right to close all accounts linked to a single individual and to forfeit any balances where this rule is breached.
3.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and email address. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 Identity Verification. 1918kiss operates under international gaming authority oversight and is required to verify the identity of all members prior to the processing of withdrawals. You agree to provide such identification documents as may reasonably be requested, including a copy of a government-issued identification document such as your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 1918kiss Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You must notify 1918kiss immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials. 1918kiss will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of such access.
4.3 You agree not to allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your 1918kiss Account. Any bets or transactions placed through your Account are deemed to have been placed by you.
5.1 Deposits. 1918kiss accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the platform, currently including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and FPX. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests require successful completion of identity verification under Clause 3.5. 1918kiss aims to process approved withdrawals to e-wallet destinations within 30 minutes; processing times for bank transfers may vary.
5.3 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 1918kiss Account originate from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. 1918kiss reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be classified as inactive. 1918kiss reserves the right to charge a reasonable account maintenance fee against inactive account balances, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction commencing.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 1918kiss are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before opting in to any promotion.
6.2 Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
6.3 1918kiss reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, promotional credit, or associated winnings from any Player's Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk mathematical wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; collusion with other players to artificially satisfy bonus terms; or any other conduct that 1918kiss deems inconsistent with the spirit of the promotional offer.
6.4 1918kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, where such modification is necessary due to regulatory requirements or material operational changes.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 1918kiss platform:
1918kiss reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is detected, to forfeit any balances held therein, and to pursue all available legal remedies.
8.1 All content on the 1918kiss platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of 1918kiss or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1918kiss platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 1918kiss.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1918kiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from platform outages, technical failures, or delays in payment processing.
9.2 1918kiss does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
9.3 1918kiss's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 1918kiss is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11.2 Where an Account is closed by 1918kiss other than as a consequence of verified misconduct, any verified balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification completion.
11.3 Players may request the voluntary closure of their 1918kiss Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player following completion of standard verification procedures.
